Born in Massachusetts, Kathleen grew up in the small community of Derry, New Hampshire. Years of working as a Certified Residential Appraiser throughout the state have allowed her to experience and explore many of its communities. In 2004 Kathleen and her husband purchased a timber parcel in Wolfeboro and went on to designed and built their new home; it is here in Wolfeboro where she and her family discovered their special place…“The Oldest Summer Resort in America.”
